Is there a problem with the dialog ???? It seems to be talking over itself, tried to reload it a couple of times and it won’t correct itself or is it my computer????

Zeno,What is happening is every time I try to go to full screen whether on You tube or your video the talking(dialog) repeats, everything is said twice.I just left it on the small screen and was able to watch.
